TrustScore.SG runs TrustEngine, the engine that helps Singapore tell real businesses from the fakes imitating them. We bring together several websites on it, including Scam.SG.
Figures as at September 2026.
TrustEngine sits at the core. TrustScore and TrustGraph are built on it.
Purpose-built AI models, trained on scam signals and run on our own private infrastructure.
TrustEngine produces a TrustScore from 0 to 100 for every Singapore business entity, from authentication, reputation, branding and digital footprint signals.
TrustGraph connects every scored entity and the links between them, so the networks that scams hide behind become visible.
Public registry data, community scam reports, lookups and verifications flow into TrustEngine.
TrustEngine produces a TrustScore for each entity and updates it when something new comes in.
TrustGraph links scored entities, so connected risk shows up early.
The public sees a TrustScore on Scam.SG. Businesses earn Verified standing. Findings that need action are escalated for review and routed to the relevant parties.

TrustEngine scores and flags. People review disputes and escalations before any action is taken.
It is a data-aggregation metric, not a regulatory determination or a certification. A lower score means fewer trust signals are visible, not that a business is a scam.
TrustScore.SG is operated by OnScam (SG) Pte. Ltd. We are not a government agency or regulator.
We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
We brief agencies, banks and platforms on how TrustEngine and its TrustGraph layer support investigations and early warning.

Scam.SG is one of the websites TrustScore.SG brings together, and both are operated by OnScam (SG) Pte. Ltd. Scam.SG is where the public looks up businesses and reports scams, and where businesses claim their profiles and apply for Scam.SG Verified. Scam.SG runs on TrustEngine.
A TrustScore is a number from 0 to 100, produced by TrustEngine and shown on Scam.SG business profiles. It reflects the trust signals visible for a business across four areas: authentication, reputation, branding and digital footprint. It is a data-aggregation metric, not a regulatory determination or a certification. A lower score does not mean a business is a scam. It means fewer trust signals are currently visible.
TrustEngine is the core product of TrustScore.SG: purpose-built AI models, trained on scam signals and run on private infrastructure. It produces the TrustScore for every Singapore business entity, and TrustGraph is built on top of it.
TrustGraph is part of TrustEngine. It connects every scored Singapore business entity and the links between them in one graph. Every scam report, lookup and verification updates the assessment of the entities connected to it, which makes it possible to see the networks that scams hide behind.
