ACRA registration, corporate status and identity verification.
Reviews, complaint history and reporting signals.
Market presence and operational consistency.
Web presence and other digital and public signals.
Levels describe how many trust signals are visible for a business, not the quality or legality of the business.
A lower score does not mean a business is a scam. It means fewer trust signals are currently visible.
TrustGraph
TrustGraph is the layer of TrustEngine that connects every scored entity and the links between them. It shows the networks scams hide behind, and it gets stronger with every report, lookup and verification.

A TrustScore is a data-aggregation metric. It is not a regulatory determination, a legal judgment, a certification, or a recommendation to transact or not transact with any business. It is one signal among many.
